Privacy Policy

This policy explains how HaloRT (HaloRT Platform) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use halort.com, the community web portal, the iOS/watchOS app, and the Android preview APK.

Effective 16 Agustus 2026. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Controller

HaloRT Platform operates a multi-tenant platform for residential communities in Indonesia. Each community (tenant) has its own portal; committee members can see resident data according to their role.

2. Data we collect

• Account: email address, name, profile photo if you upload one, and Google account identifiers if you sign in with Google.
• Community: community slug, housing unit, membership status, and role (resident or committee).
• Resident services: letter requests (including generated PDF documents), reports (including photo evidence), dues and payment proofs, visitor registrations, community voting, donation campaigns, marketplace listings, AI assistant messages, and other content you post.
• Technical: device, app version, error logs, and data needed for the API. The marketing site may use Google Analytics if enabled.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking (no App Tracking Transparency tracking).

3. How we use data

• Authentication (magic link, Google Sign-In, or password reset).
• Providing the community portal: population registry, dues, PDF letters, visitor log, voting, reports, marketplace, and AI assistant.
• Transactional email about your account and community activity.
• Security, abuse prevention, and improving the service.

4. User-generated content & community websites

The app shows content posted by residents (marketplace, reports, news). It may also open the community site ({slug}.halort.com) in an in-app WebView. Content on that site is also subject to that community’s own rules.

5. Sharing

We may share data with:

• Your community committee, limited to features they manage.
• Infrastructure providers (hosting, email, databases) that process data on our instructions.
• Authorities when required by applicable law.

6. Storage & security

Data is stored on servers used for api.halort.com and related services. Access is scoped by account and tenant. No system is perfectly secure; contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data via the emails above, or via your committee for data they manage. Deleting a community account may reduce or end access to that portal.

8. Children

The services are for community residents and committees, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
